News Duel Masters: Honō no Kizuna XX Film to Open in August

CCG franchise's 3rd film is based on ongoing Duel Masters Cross Shock TV series
The Japanese film distributor TOHO will release Keidai Hattori's Duel Masters: Honō no Kizuna XX (Double X) film in a double billing with Metal Fight Beyblade VS Taiyō Shakunetsu no Shinryakusha on August 21.
Duel Masters: Honō no Kizuna XX is the third Duel Masters film to open in Japan and the first after the April premiere of the Duel Masters Cross Shock television anime series. Duel Masters Cross Shock is the seventh television series based on Shigenobu Matsumoto's Duel Masters manga, which in turn is based on the collectible card game from Wizards of the Coast and Takara Tomy. Yumiko Kobayashi, the voice of the main hero Shōbu Kirifuda, will reprise the role in the new film.
The film's official website is streaming a 20-second trailer.
