News Eva: 2.0's English Asuka, Mari, Kaji Cast

The North American anime distributor Funimation announced during its online "FuniCon 5.0" panel that Tiffany Grant, Trina Nishimura, and J. Michael Tatum will play Asuka Langley Shikinami, Mari Makinami Illustrious, and Ryoji Kaji, respectively, in its English-language dub of Evangelion: 2.0 You Can [Not] Advance (Evangelion Shin Gekijōban: Ha). The film is the second part in Hideaki Anno and Khara's four-part theatrical remake of Gainax's Neon Genesis Evangelion series. Funimation will also retain the English dubbing cast from the first film, Evangelion: 1.0 You Are [Not] Alone (Evangelion Shin Gekijōban: Jo).
