News Aa Megami-sama Gets 2nd Original Anime DVD (Updated)

Hiroaki Gohda-directed DVD to ship with 43rd volume on September 22
The 43rd volume of Kousuke Fujishima's Aa Megami-sama (Ah! My Goddess/Oh My Goddess!) manga will ship in a limited edition with the manga's second original animation DVD (OAD) on September 22. Hiroaki Gohda is once again directing the new anime. Kodansha's Monthly Afternoon magazine is making the announcement in the April issue on Friday, and more information will be provided in future issues.
The manga's first OAD (pictured at right) is being bundled with the 42nd manga volume on Wednesday.

Overall, neither Pokemon the Movie: Black or its White counterpart really stands out from the already packed herd. While not terrible, these are films that can be safely left alone unless you or your child have a compulsion to truly catch 'em all.

Hiiro no Kakera is by no means a terrible show...it just isn't a very good one, either. With a stilted script and a team of heroes who feel incompetent, not to mention cookie cutter characters who do little to make themselves endearing or unusual, it does nothing to elevate itself above the masses.
Gundam: Lost War Chronicles GN 1Avid Gundam fans can rejoice at having more Universal Century stories to read. Everyone else: do yourselves a favor and rejoice while doing something other than reading this book.
