The North American anime distributor Bandai Entertainment announced that it will host special guests at the American premiere of the Tekken: Blood Vengeance 3D film at the L.A. Live Regal Cinema in Los Angeles on July 26. Digital Frontier is adapting the Tekken fighting game franchise into this computer-animated feature. Bandai Entertainment, NCM Fathom, and Namco Bandai Games America are screening the film in more than 375 theaters on the same day.

The Los Angeles event will feature appearances by Tekken project director Katsuhiro Harada, the film's producer Yoshinari Mizushima, voice actors Carrie Keranen and Cristina Vee, and a scheduled "surprise celebrity guest" from Japan.

All attendees of the Los Angeles event will receive a cinema poster of the film, and there will be Tekken Tag Tournament 2 Arcade machines at the event.

L.A. Live Regal Cinema is located at 800 West Olympic Boulevard in Los Angeles. Tickets can be purchased at www.Fathomevents.com , or at the box office on the night of the event if available. Harada, Keranen and Vee are also due to appear at Comic-Con International in San Diego on July 23.

Update: Misspelling corrected. Thanks, Nephuxs.
