Crunchyroll to stream television series in North and South America starting on July 30

The media site Crunchyroll announced on Wednesday that it will begin streaming The IDOLM@STER television anime series in North and South America starting on Saturday, July 30 at 12:30 p.m. EDT to both premium and free users. Crunchyroll announced earlier on Wednesday that it has begun streaming the comedy television anime series Morita-san wa Mukuchi.

The anime adaptation of The IDOLM@STER game franchise premiered in Japan on July 7. In the original Xbox 360 game, the player manages the careers of 10 aspiring Japanese idol singers as a producer. The new television anime ties into The IDOLM@STER 2 game sequel, which shipped in Japan in February.

This is Crunchyroll's final announcement for its summer lineup, which includes 13 new series and 13 continuing series.
