News Sentai Filmworks Adds Ghibli's Grave of the Fireflies

Isao Takahata's anime film slated for digital distribution this winter, DVD in 2012
The North American anime licensing company Sentai Filmworks announced on Thursday that it licensed Isao Takahata and Studio Ghibli's Grave of the Fireflies anime film. Digital distribution will begin this winter, and a DVD of a digitally restored master is planned for next year.
Both Central Park Media and ADV Films have previously released this acclaimed adaptation of Akiyuki Nosaka's wartime novel in North America.
