Mamoru Nagano's Gothicmade Film Teaser Streamed

Five Star Stories creator's directorial debut to open on November 1
On Thursday, Japanese production company Kadokawa began streaming a teaser trailer for Hana no Utame Gothicmade, the directorial debut of artist Mamoru Nagano (Five Star Stories).
Shigeyo Kawamura will star as Berin, the utame (song girl) who plants the seeds of hope for peace among humans. Nozomu Sasaki will play the young prince Toriharon. Akio Ohtsuka, Ai Orikasa, Ikue Ohtani, and narrator Yoshiko Sakakibara round out the main cast.
In addition to directing the robot action film feature, Nagano conceived, wrote, storyboarded, and animated it. The film will open in Japan on November 1, after first being slated for this past spring.
