NY Comic Con: Vertical Inc to Host Sakuran's Moyoco Anno

The mobile app for this year's New York Comic Con is listing that manga creator Moyoco Anno (Sakuran, Happy Mania) will attend the convention as a guest. The app lists that Anno will speak at a panel at the convention on Saturday at 11:00 a.m.
Vertical Inc. recently published Anno's one-volume Sakuran manga in July.
Viz Media previously published Sakuran's Flowers and Bees manga in North America, Tokyopop published her Happy Mania, and Del Rey published her Sugar Sugar Rune. Anno also designed characters for her husband Hideaki Anno's Cutie Honey live-action film adaptation, which Bandai Entertainment released on DVD.
Anno recently announced that she would be launching a new series next year. The new series is set in France during the first half of the 20th century. Anno plans to reveal the title and the first chapter of the new series at a lecture at the Ikebukuro Community College in December.
