Nyarko-san Short Story Spinoff Gets Original Anime

On Friday, the official website for the Nyarko-san: Another Crawling Chaos anime announced the contents of the "Special Necronomicon DVD" that is being offered to people who buy all the Blu-ray Disc/DVD volumes of the first season. The DVD will contain "Yasashii Teki no Shitome-kata," an original short anime that will be about 10 minutes long.
The new anime will adapt the short story of the same name that original Nyarko-san novelist Manta Aisora published in the inaugural issue of GA Bunko Magazine earlier this year. This short story with illustrations by Koin has not been republished in a book so far.
The "Special Necronomicon DVD" will also have "Back to the 8.5 ~Haiyore! Nyarko-san Jajin Seitan-sai & Kōrin-sai Digest," a 30-minute video summary of the two-session Nyarko-san: Another Crawling Chaos event held on August 5.
The website had also announced on Friday that the second Nyarko-san: Another Crawling Chaos anime season has been green-lit.
