Lost in Translation
The official website for the Oreimo (Ore no Imōto ga Konnani Kawaii Wake ga Nai.) television anime series began streaming a promotional video and commercial for the second season on Tuesday, and the video reveals the main staff.
Character designer Hiroyuki Oda is once again adapting Hiro Kanzaki's original novel illustrations, and series script editor Hideyuki Kurata is similarly adapting Tsukasa Fushimi's original light novel series. Hiroyuki Kanbe is returning to the proverbial director's chair — only this time at A-1 Pictures instead of AIC Build.
The studio change was made after consulting with AIC Build, the studio behind the first season, about production scheduling. Nevertheless, ASCII Media Works' Dengeki Bunko imprint reported at Sunday's Aki no Saiten event that the second season will reassemble the first season's staff.
The second season will premiere next April.

Update: The website also posted a new piece of key visual art to promote the April 2013 premiere date:
The anime is once again collaborating with Chiba Monorail — the monorail seen in the first season. Passes and tickets with new exclusive illustrations will be offered starting on October 21.
