The second key visual for the anime film adaptation of Hikaru Nakamura's Saint Young Men comedy manga debuted on Friday. The first key visual was revealed on the film's website in December. The website also posted character profiles, soundtrack information, and details about preview screenings in five cities.
The story imagines if Buddha (voiced by actor Gen Hoshino) and Jesus (SAKEROCK band leader Mirai Moriyama) shared a low-rent apartment in Tokyo. Noriko Takao (episode director on Clannad, K-ON!, Lucky Star) is directing at A-1 Pictures off a screenplay by Rika Nezu (live-action Kimi ni Todoke, live-action Absolute Boyfriend). The film will open in Japan on May 10, 2013.

Review
If this film causes more permanent damage than most Pokémon outings, that's wholly the fault of its main character, Keldeo.
On the whole, The Battle for Doldrey is a mixed bag of strengths and weaknesses. While that may be true of most things, there are few places where those lines are so clearly drawn as in this film.
While other magical girl tales have certainly tread some dark and dangerous territory before, Puella Magi Madoka Magica makes us tilt our heads to look at the genre from a different angle.
