Singer Yurika Endō also joins cast for series premiering in January

The official website for the television anime adaptation of Tachi's four-panel yuri Sakura Trick manga revealed additional cast members on Saturday. The additional cast is as follows:

Saki Fujita as Mitsuki Sonoda
Momo Asakura as Sumi Otokawa
Yurika Endō (of the musical duo Yuri*Kari) as Rina Sakai

The show's staff has also revealed a new key visual:

The story revolves around Haruka and Yū, two girls who go to a high school that is slated to be shut down in three years. To share "something special" between them, they share a kiss, and their relationship deepens from that moment onward.

Haruka Tomatsu (Anohana, Sword Art Online, To Love-Ru -Trouble- Darkness) will star as Haruka Takayama

Yuka Iguchi (Monogatari Series Second Season, Haganai, Ro-Kyu-Bu!) will play Yū Sonoda

Yuuka Aisaka will play Kotone Noda, a stylish girl who lives with the family of her good friend Shizuku (her own family members are celebrities)

Hiromi Igarashi will play Shizuku Minami, Kotone's good friend who is somewhat shy among others

Mai Fuchigami will play Kaede Ikeno, Yuzu's close friend who lives at her own relaxed pace, but is still a reliable member of the class council

Megumi Toda will play Yuzu Iizuka, a cheerful, chatty girl who is good friends with Kaede

Ken'ichi Ishikura (D.C.III ~Da Capo III~, Hidamari Sketch × Hoshimittsu, Natsu no Arashi! Akinai-chū) is directing the series and is handling the series composition at Studio DEEN. Kyuta Sakai (Humanity Has Declined, Steins;Gate, When They Cry - Higurashi) is designing the characters. Ryosuke Nakanishi (D.C.III ~Da Capo III~, Kuroko's Basketball, High School DxD) will compose the series' music, and Satoki Iida (Fate/kaleid liner Prisma Illya, Danganronpa The Animation, Amagami SS+) will serve as sound director with the sound studio Dax Production.

Tachi launched the manga in Hobunsha's Manga Time Kirara Miracle! in 2011, and Houbunsha published the second volume in February.

The series will premiere on TBS, MBS, and BS-TBS stations in January 2014.
