News Man Arrested for Allegedly Selling Fake Anime Stickers

Police in Saga Prefecture and Ogi station arrested Sadayuki Watanabe, a 41-year-old unemployed man, on Wednesday for allegedly selling stickers of anime characters in online auctions without authorization.
According to the police, the suspect offered stickers of K-ON!, Gundam, Macross Frontier, and other anime in net auctions from April 4 to August 26. He is accused of selling one such sticker to each of three people, including a man from Osaka, for 1,350 yen (about US$14).
