Miyu Matsuki Voices Lailah in Tales of Zestiria PS3 Game

Mutsumi Inomata designs for mature woman instructor in Namco Bandai's newest installment in the Tales of franchise

This year's 20th issue of Shueisha's Shonen Jump magazine is announcing on Monday that Miyu Matsuki (Nyaruko: Crawling with Love!, Sayonara, Zetsubou-Sensei) will play a character named Lailah in Tales of Zestiria, Namco Bandai's newest installment in the Tales of series for the PlayStation 3. Mutsumi Inomata designed Lailah, an adult woman who had been waiting for someone with the potential to become a Fon Master. After she meets Sorey, she forms a contract with him, and becomes his instructor. Although she is mature, she sometimes has a habit of going a bit crazy with her imagination. Her weapons are book pages.

The magazine is also announcing that the official tagline for the game will be, "Tradition will one day become 'hope.'"

Namco Bandai Studio's Daigo Okumura designed Alisha, while Kousuke Fujishima designed Sorey. Mutsumi Inomata is also returning to contribute character designs along with Minoru Iwamoto. The anime studio ufotable is once again contributing animation for cut scenes and the opening for the game under studio founder and producer Hikaru Kondo. Motoi Sakuraba and Gō Shiina are composing the soundtrack.

Namco Bandai Games will release the game on the PlayStation 3 worldwide.
