Anime Limited has announced that its release of Ajin: Demi-Human has been delayed from November 27 to December 11, due to a delay in receipt of materials.

Anime Limited is releasing the horror-action series as a Limited Collector's Edition Blu-ray (pictured) and a standard DVD. On-disc content includes the first TV season (13 episodes), subbed and dubbed; the film Ajin: Demi-Human - Compel, subitled only; and Animatic Process Scenes. The Collector's Blu-ray set has a 64-page materials book, with sections on Characters, IBMs, Backgrounds and Artworks.

In addition, the AllTheAnime site is currently running a 'bundle' offer, including an A3-sized poster with the Collector's Blu-ray while stock lasts. Pre-orders for this bundle offer start today. (The poster and the Collector's Blu-ray will be shipped separately to recipients.)

The series is summarised as follows:

When the truck slammed into Kei Nagai's body, he should have died instantly. Instead, the high-school student finds himself resurrected, with all of his wounds somehow healed. However, Kei's real problems are just starting. Now revealed to be an Ajin, one of a mysterious new breed of demi-human that have begun appearing around the world, he's been marked with an international bounty, and in the eyes of the world's governments, Kei is a specimen to be contained by any means possible.

On the run and unable to trust anyone except his closest friend, his only hope is to discover the terrifying secrets behind his new abilities before he's forced to use them in battle.
