The festival is described on the press release:

"Featuring newly created symphonic arrangements curated by the series' original composers Hiroyuki Sawano and Kohta Yamamoto, footage from the award-winning anime will be accompanied live by the Royal Philharmonic Concert Orchestra and London Voices, conducted by Alexandra Cravero. As the first official orchestral concert dedicated to the series, this production will allow fans the chance to experience the beloved story with the scale, colour, and dynamic range of a fully symphonic event."

The symphonic arrangements are being handled by the composer Nobuko Toda, who Hiroyuki Sawano describes as "a composer and orchestrator I have long hoped to collaborate with."

The press release adds that Royal Albert Hall premiere will be followed by a world tour, including an Asian premiere in Hong Kong and an American premiere at New York's Carnegie Hall. The tour will run across 15 cities for 27 performances, with more to be announced.
