New Tourneys Rewarded to Official Tournament Stores That Meet & Exceed Konami Requirements
El Segundo, CA – (September 26, 2012) – In a move designed to reward Yu-Gi-Oh! TRADING CARD GAME (TCG) Official Tournament Stores (OTS), Konami Digital Entertainment, Inc. (Konami) has created new Sealed Structure and Starter Deck tournaments for select locations in North and Latin America that meet and exceed the company's expectations. Each of these top-performing OTS maintains consistent contact with the company, submits their Local and Regional events in a timely manner, and is in compliance with OTS guidelines.
Konami is allowing each of the selected OTS to host Sealed Starter and Sealed Structure Deck tournaments with supporting prizes that include: A Samurai Warlords Structure Deck Game Mat and a Starter Deck: Xyz Symphony Game Mat. The program is set to launch immediately and a complete list of stores that are approved to host these new tournaments can be found here: http://www.yugioh-card.com/en/events/specialevents.html. The first three tournaments will be Sealed Battle Pack: Epic Dawn, Sealed Samurai Warlords Structure Deck, and the Starter Deck: Xyz Symphony. All OTS can hold the Sealed Battle Pack: Epic Dawn tournaments and receive Deck Holders as prizing.
