Shingo Kiyomiya to Be Guest at Otakon 2023

Washington, D.C. (June 19, 2023) – CG director Shingo Kiyomiya will be a guest at Otakon 2023, according to Otakorp Inc.

Coming from a totally unrelated profession, Kiyomiya jumped into the animation industry in 2012, joining Orange. Even with no prior experience in animation, Kiyomiya quickly stepped up from CG Chief (computer graphics chief) to CG Director (computer graphics director).

As the prime creative, Kiyomiya's major work at Orange includes being CG Director on such works as "Trigun Stampede," "BEASTARS," and "Land of the Lustrous."

Kiyomiya is currently working on "BEASTARS" as one of the CG directors.

Otakon 2023 will be held from July 28 to July 30 at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center.
