May I take this opportunity to gush about Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons? It's for PSN, XBLA, and Steam. It's got solid gameplay, but the atmosphere and story telling is just amazing! I seriously don't think I've fallen for a game so hard since I played Ghost Trick a couple of years ago. It's a short game, but a really really good game, so go buy it! It's well worth it! Also, you could totally play it with a significant other, all cuddled up, each controlling one brother. |

Yet another avatar change.
This one is of Inumuta and Iori from Kill La Kill. Iori in particular is one of the hottest anime guys ever. EVER. And this ship is amazing. Plus I show my support a show I love. It's a win-win! Not a big fan of how squished it looks, though. I may change it to be only of Iori.. EDIT: Changed it a little, focused more on Iori than Inumuta and I think it looks better. It's annoying because the image is much thinner than it it wide, thus getting a good crop at a 1:1 ratio (for resizing to 100x100 without distortion) is difficult unless I wanna cut off one of the guys' faces... EDIT2: Changed it a THIRD time. Looks better now and I got that freakin' ADORABLE heart there~ |

Lol at first I was like wow Chagen has a female in an avatar, but then I remembered Iori is a male and I was confusing him for another girl from that show.

Ha ha~
I have a strict rule on ANN where every avatar of mine is of men. Mainly because I like a lot male pictures I have and because I'm a guy myself. |

I just found this fabulous Rukia picture from the new JCPostcards and had to use it. I'm still unsure of which Fall character to wear for the winter season (undecided between SF's Goto and KnK's Hiroomi), so I'll roll with this one for a couple of weeks while I think that out. Besides, Rukia is very "winter", so she's my replacement for an actual christmasy avatar

Hollow Rukia from the third Bleach movie.
I like Bleach in a way that a hostage likes their kidnapper. I genuinely like Rukia as a character and saw this silly face one day, decided it would be good for an avatar, and here we are. |

It could be "Brothers: A Tale of Five Sons" or "Brothers: A Tale of Oaths" or "Brothers: A Tale of the Hood." |

Mine is simply there because it's reflecting how I'm feeling this winter break from university - bored. Also y'know, Abel is fun...

Finally, finally changed my avatar. I cosplayed Tomoko (first cosplay ever!) at New York Comic Con this year. When I went to the Yen Press booth, they recognized my costume and were so surprised (maybe impressed?) that they gave me a free copy of the first volume of the manga!
Here, Tomoko is sticking out her tongue, but also holding out her hands as "paws". I can't remember when she did this in the show, but she looks so cute imitating a puppy. Or she's being horny. Still cute. For the record, I think Tomoko is the most moe character ever! |

Well, I suspect that it's called Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons because the plot is finding some magic tree to cure their father's mysterious coughing illness. So the "sons" part is part of the plot at least. That, or maybe because the creator is the Swedish movie director, Josef Fares, he is fuzzy on why the title sounds vaguely redundant in English (though clearly not as redundant as Legend of the Legendary Heroes does). It probably doesn't help that his real-life brother's name is seriously "Fares Fares" (who acts in many of Josef's movies)
