No. 23 reminds me of My Neighbor Totoro, when Mei wanders to the shrine while she and Satsuki wait for their father in the rain at the bus stop.

I Googled the AMV mentioned in the OP and it lists years that the shows aired. If anyone cares to stop frame by frame to capture the missing/unnamed shows, here's the link.
EDIT: Pics 23-24 may be shows from 1987-1992, 12 is from 1993-1996. |
