I turned off the in-line text, but left the pg-13 setting since I don't view ANN from work anyway.
I didn't really mind the in-line text ads, but I've been re-directed by accidentally clicking when on my tablet, so the option to turn it off is appreciated.
Thank you for the option.

Thank you! Though not a big deal I never liked the 2 lined pop ups in the articles so I'm glad we can finally get rid of them.

Awesome, thanks so much for this! I don't use an adblocker on ANN because I love the site, but I've always hated the text ads. This will make browsing the site much, much more enjoyable.

Ah, thank you, those in-line ads were a real pain. It's so much easier to stay focused while reading now, not having to be afraid to accidentally hover over an ad and get that distracting pop-up pop up. Really appreciated. I don't mind ads around articles on the internet, sites have to make a living, but those in-line things were really annoying. Very Happy

Definitely killing the PG-13 ads, and thanks for the option, but one question about the other type: does turning them off lower your revenue in any way? If so, I can turn them back on, since they never really bothered me all that much. If not, well, that'll be less stuff on the screen that I was ignoring anyway.

Thanks for listening, although with Adblock it wasn't really a problem anymore.

I sincerely wish there were a way to subscribe though without PayPal. I love ANN, use it at least several times a day, and I want to support it.

However, when I click the subscribe button, I still get a page that requires me to open a PayPal account, which is not acceptable to me. There are lots of websites which allow one-off donations through PayPal, or that use other payment services like Amazon or Stripe or what have you, so it's definitely not necessary. Please add other options.

The ads honestly don't bother me that much. In fact, where are the PG-13 and skin ads? I don't see any difference turning them off than leaving them on. Or maybe these are a different kind of ads i don't know about?
