Interest Zero no Tsukaima Creator to Oversee Final Anime's Scripts

The official website for the Zero no Tsukaima anime franchise revealed on Tuesday that Noboru Yamaguchi, the original Zero no Tsukaima light novelist, will ovesee the scripts for the fourth and final series, Zero no Tsukaima F. In addition, Yoshiaki Iwasaki, the director for the first television anime in the franchise, will return to direct Zero no Tsukaima F. J.C. Staff will again animate the final series, and the company GENCO will again handle production.
Zero no Tsukaima F will premiere next January on Chiba TV, AT-X, and other stations. Zero no Tsukaima Kessakusen, selected episodes from previous Zero no Tsukaima anime, will air this month.
Yamaguchi had reported last month that the previously revealed fourth season of the anime adaptation is slated for next year. He had also reported in August that he left the hospital without incident after his surgery that month for cancer. He had been writing the final series arc of the light novels, and had planned to end the light novels next year before his cancer diagnosis and subsequent operation.
