Miyazaki's Upcoming Ponyo Previewed on Japanese TV

The unofficial GhibliWorld website has posted selected images from a television preview of Ponyo on the Cliff by the Sea, the next anime film from Studio Ghibli and the acclaimed director Hayao Miyazaki (Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind, Princess Mononoke, Spirited Away). A different trailer appeared in Japanese theaters last weekend, and the film itself will open in Japan on July 19. Co-producers Frank Marshall and Kathleen Kennedy (E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial, Back to the Future, Jurassic Park) will be involved in the planned American release.
