News Mr. Children on 10th One Piece film, Becky on Shin-chan

The veteran musical group Mr. Children is performing "fanfare," the theme song for the One Piece Film Strong World film. The collaboration came about because One Piece manga creator and One Piece Film Strong World chief production supervisor Eiichiro Oda personally offered the opportunity to Mr. Children. This will be the first theme song that Mr. Children has performed for an anime film. Munehisa Sakai is directing the 10th installment in the long-running theatrical franchise based on Oda's pirate manga. The "fanfare" CD single will ship on November 16, while the movie itself will open in Japan on December 12.
The singer and actress Becky will sing the new Crayon Shin-chan theme song when it returns to the airwaves in Japan on October 23. The "Hapihapi" song will also debut as a ringtone on that same day.
