Itsuka Tenma no Kuro-Usagi, Manyū Hiken-chō Promos Streamed

Both TV anime to debut this summer; Saint Seiya: The Lost Canvas 2 promo also streamed

The official website for the Itsuka Tenma no Kurousagi light novel and anime franchise began streaming the second 16-second television commercial on Wednesday. Unlike the previous promotional videos, this new commercial has animated footage. The school fantasy light novel series will spawn a television anime this July as well as an anime DVD bundled with a future novel volume.

The YouTube channel for the Manyū Hiken-chō television anime series also began streaming the first 62-second "oppai" (breasts) promotional video on Wednesday. Hideki Yamada's original Manyū Hiken-chō historical manga is set in a parallel Taihei Edo period and follows Chifusa (Minako Kotobuki), an amply porportioned sword fighter in the Manyū clan. Director Hiraku Kaneko and animation director Jun Takagi are reuniting to work on this new anime after working on Seikon no Qwaser. The anime will premiere this summer.

The production company TMS Entertainment began streaming a 92-second promotional video for the fourth volume in the second video anime season based on Masami Kurumada and Shiori Teshirogi's Saint Seiya: The Lost Canvas - Meiō Shinwa manga on Wednesday. The mythical action manga's story is set in the middle of the 18th century, 243 years before the first Saint Seiya storyline. Artist Teshirogi focuses The Lost Canvas - Meiō Shinwa on the friendship of Tenma (Tetsuya Kakihara) and Alone (Hiro Shimono) — the previous incarnations of the characters Pegasus Seiya and Hades who would become mortal enemies in the original Saint Seiya. The fourth volume will ship on DVD and Blu-ray Disc in Japan on May 18, and Crunchyroll is streaming the series outside Japan.
