News Inazuma Eleven Anime Runs on UK's Disney XD Channel

The chidren's soccer anime series Inazuma Eleven is currently running in the United Kingdom on the satellite channel Disney XD. This week and next week, the series is airing at the following times: 8:30 a.m and 9:00 p.m. weekdays, and 6:30 a.m and 9:00 p.m on weekends, according to the listings website Locatetv.com. According to a YouTube page set up by Disney XD, the series will run "throughout the summer holiday."
Created by the game developer Level-5 (Professor Layton and the Curious Village) the Inazuma Eleven anime adapts a role-playing game in which the player assembles and trains a school soccer team for tournaments. The anime premiered in Japan in October of 2008. The follow-up series Inazuma Eleven GO premiered in Japan this past May.
