Fox, Adult Swim Alumni Plan Saturday TV Block for Animation

The American television network Fox announced on Sunday that it will launch a 90-minute late-night Saturday block in January of next year. Fox is collaborating with Adult Swim alumni on the project, and Nick Weidenfeld (Children's Hospital, The Boondocks), the former vice president for program development for Adult Swim and Cartoon Network, will run the block with executive Hend Baghdady.
The new block will run from 11:00 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. Adult Swim currently shows Bleach at 12:00 a.m. on Saturdays.
