First DVD & BD to ship in June; "Choir Jail" opening theme's CD to ship in April

The official website for the television anime adaptation of Maybe's Dusk maiden of Amnesia (Tasogare Otome×Amnesia) manga began streaming the series' third promotional video on Friday. The two-minute video highlights Yumi Hara and Tsubasa Yonaga's starring roles as Yūko Kanoe and Teiichi Niiya. Media Factory also posted a 16-second television commercial to promote the April 24 single CD release of Konomi Suzuki's opening theme song "Choir Jail."

The website revealed that the first volume of the series' DVD and Blu-Ray Disc release will ship on June 27. Special events to celebrate the "Choir Jail" single CD's release will also take place April 28-30.

The animation studio SILVER LINK (Baka and Test - Summon the Beasts) is animating Dusk maiden of Amnesia. Shin Oonuma (Baka and Test - Summon the Beasts) is directing the series, Katsuhiko Takayama (Mirai Nikki) is handling the series composition, and Yukiko Ban (Beelzebub, .hack//SIGN) is adapting Maybe's characters for animation. Aki Okui is contributing the ending theme song "Karandorie." Media Factory posted the anime's first promotional video in December and a second earlier this month.

Maybe's story is set at a private academy that has a history of hauntings by spirits, including a ghost girl named Yūko. For some mysterious reason, first-year middle school student Teiichi Niiya is the only person who can see Yūko. Yūko has no memory of her death, much less who or what caused it. Yūko and Teiichi create an investigation club to find the truth about her death and the other mysteries of the school.

Dusk maiden of Amnesia will premiere in Japan on April 8.
