Supanova Gold Coast On This Weekend

Supanova Pop Culture Expo will hold its first Gold Coast convention this weekend, from Friday, April 20 to Sunday, April 22 at the Gold Coast Exhibition & Convention Centre.
Bleach anime director Noriyuki Abe and lead voice actor Masakazu Morita are attending Supanova as guests as part of a joint exchange between Supanova and the Gold Coast Film Festival. They will attend the Friday night screening of the Bleach the Movie: Fade to Black and will give a 30 minute question and answer session, followed by the Australian premiere screening of the latest film, Bleach: Hell Verse.
Also attending as guests are English language voice actors Cristina Vee and Christine Cabanos, who recently performed lead roles in K-ON! and Puella Magi Madoka Magica.
The guests will present panels and events and will be giving autographs at the Madman booth throughout the convention. Supanova also features anime screenings and a large number of traders. Siren Visual Entertainment announced that many of its older titles will be available at its booth. The convention will host the second round of the Madman National Cosplay Championship and other cosplay events.
