GungHo, Acquire's Divine Gate Smartphone Game Gets Anime Adaptation

GungHo Online Entertainment announced at its "GungHo Festival 2015" event on Sunday that it and Acquire's Divine Gate iOS and Android app is getting an anime adaptation.
GungHo also presented character line art for the four characters who will be central to the anime's story (the colored images below the line art are the official character designs in the game for Akane, Aoto, and Midori):
Akane, a boy who lights flames
Aoto, a boy who stops water
Midori, a girl clad in wind

Divine Gate is available for free download on iOS and Android. In the "panel RPG," players explore dungeons, solving puzzles to uncover panels and reveal treasure or monsters. The game has included more than 1,000 unique characters, including Steins;Gate characters as guest bosses.
The game has also included characters from Fairy Tail, Fate/stay night: Unlimited Blade Works, and Danganronpa.
The game currently has more than 4 million downloads.
