Netflix Adds 'More Than a Married Couple, But Not Lovers' Anime in India

Platform streams all 12 episodes of anime based on Yūki Kanamaru's manga

Netflix added all 12 episodes of the television anime of Yūki Kanamaru's More Than a Married Couple, But Not Lovers (Fūfu Ijō, Koibito Miman.) manga on its streaming service in India.

Ani-One Asia streamed the anime in India as it aired in Japan beginning on October 9. Crunchyroll is also streaming the anime in India in both Japanese with English subtitles and with an English dub.

Ani-One describes the anime:

"Marriage Practice"?! Jiro Yakuin was paired with Akari Watanabe in the mandatory marriage practice class in school. One is a social failure introvert, and one is a beautiful extrovert gal… Their first impressive on each other was terrible but they unintentionally become closer and come to like each other.

The anime premiered on AT-X, Sun TV, Tokyo MX, and KBS Kyoto on October 9, and on BS11 on October 11.

Takao Kato (To Love-Ru, Pandora Hearts, Upotte!!) served as the chief director, and Junichi Yamamoto (Armor Shop for Ladies & Gentlemen, Monster Girl Doctor) directed the anime at Studio Mother. Naruhisa Arakawa (Kingdom, Twin Star Exorcists, Upotte!!) was in charge of the series scripts, and Chizuru Kobayashi (Lagrange - The Flower of Rin-ne, Pandora Hearts) designed the characters. Akira Nagasaka was the color key artist, and Naoko Akuzawa (Team Till Dawn) directed the art. Misato Takahata (Moe) was the compositing director of photography, and Ichirō Chaen (Typhoon Graphics) was the editor.

Liyuu performed the opening theme song "TRUE FOOL LOVE," and Nowlu performed the ending theme song "Stuck on you."

The manga launched in Kadokawa's Young Ace magazine in 2018, and Kadokawa published the ninth volume on October 4.
