Anime NebrasKon Announces Steve Blum and Keith Silverstein as Guests for 2012

OMAHA, NE – May 7, 2012 Anime NebrasKon is thrilled to announce its first two guests for 2012, Steve Blum and Keith Silverstein.

Steve Blum is best known for voicing memorable characters such as Spike Spiegel from Cowboy Bebop;Wolverine from various X-Men cartoons, animated movies, and video games; Orochimaru and Zabuza from Naruto; T.O.M. (the robot host) from Toonami; and Vincent Valentine from Final Fantasy VII to name just a few roles. Steve Blum has hundreds of voice acting credits from different anime, video games, and cartoons. He can currently be heard as the voice of Amon in Legend of Korra; Starscream in Transformers Prime; and Heatwave in Transformers Rescue Bots.

Keith Silverstein is known for his roles in anime and video games. He is known for voicing Kimimaro from Naruto; Vector, the Crocodile in Sonic, the Hedgehog series; Hunk in Resident Evil; Zasalamel in the Soul Calibur series. Current projects Keith is working on include Monsuno, Monster High: Escape from Skull Shores, Bleach, Gundam Unicorn and a number of secret, high profile video games yet to be announced.

Anime NebrasKon will be celebrating its ninth year on November 2-4th, 2012 at the Ramada Plaza Omaha Hotel and Convention Center. NebrasKon is gearing up for its most exciting year yet! NebrasKon posses a high energy atmosphere with 190 panels and activities providing a wide range of entertainment for anime fans and fans of any geeky pursuits. With incredible facilities at the Ramada Plaza Omaha Hotel and Convention Center in Omaha, NE which includes a CoCo Key Water Resort, NebrasKon will have enough room for all its attendees. Last year's attendance nearly reached the 3,000 mark with expectations for 2012 to surpass that amount.

Early Pre-Registration ends on August 5th and is only $32. Regular Pre-Registration ends on October 19th and is only $41. At the door registration is $50 for all three days.
