The Anime! Anime! website briefly listed a television anime adaptation of DMM Games' Circlet Princess web role-playing game. According to the article, the anime is slated to premiere in 2019. The website posted the article on Wednesday at 8:30 p.m. JST, but the article has since been removed.
Anime! Anime!'s article listed Juri Nagatsuma, Saki Nakajima, Hitomi Nabatame, Kaori Mizuhashi, and Mai Goto as the project's main voice cast. The article also listed Hideki Tachibana (Armed Girl's Machiavellism, BlazBlue Alter Memory) as director at SILVER LINK (WATAMOTE, Baka and Test - Summon the Beasts), Nachi Kio (original story for AOKANA: Four Rhythm Across the Blue, The Fruit of Grisaia game) as in charge of series composition, and Kazuyuki Yamayoshi (Chaos;Child, chief animation director for Two Car) as character designer.
DMM Games' "tenacity in sports beautiful girl battle RPG" launched as a web browser game this year. The game utilizes a "mixed reality system" developed from augmented reality technology. The story centers on high school girls who pursue the sport of Circlet Bout. Kio is credited with the creation of the game's world and scenario, saitom provides the main character designs, and Elements Garden is in charge of sound.
