Jazz music is much the stars as the main cast in this story about teens who become friends in late 1960s Japan. Great sounds and good character development bolster what is otherwise a fairly pedestrian character drama.

X-Kai GN 1
X-Kai is a manga aimed squarely at more mature bishonen fans who find the notion of a lovable killer to be sexy. Those outside the target audience are unlikely to find much of interest here.
