Kannagi's Takenashi Sends Sketch to Director Yamamoto

Last Friday, director Yutaka Yamamoto (Lucky Star, The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya) posted an illustration that Kannagi manga creator Eri Takenashi sent him. Takenashi sent the summer greeting email message to encourage Yamamoto ("YamaKan Gambare—!!") Takenashi revealed last month that she thinks she will rest from drawing manga professionally for at least one year. She has been recovering after her debilitating illness and resulting surgery in December, but she is slowly going back to the routine of normal life.
