Switch versions of Fatal Bullet, Hollow Realization games revealed at TGS on Saturday

Bandai Namco Entertainment America revealed via a video on Monday that the previously revealed Nintendo Switch versions of the Sword Art Online: Hollow Realization and Sword Art Online: Fatal Bullet games will get a release in English.

Bandai Namco Entertainment revealed at Tokyo Game Show on Saturday that both games are in development now, and Bandai Namco Entertainment might not release the two games for the Switch at the same time.

The Switch release of Sword Art Online: Fatal Bullet will be the game's "Complete Edition" that will include previous DLC releases. The "Complete Edition" of the game will also receive a release on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. The Siwtch release of Sword Art Online: Hollow Realization will be the "Deluxe Edition" of the game.

The Sword Art Online: Fatal Bullet game is also getting new expansion content titled "Dissonance of the Nexus" ("Setsugen no Utahime" or "The Songstress of the Snowy Field" in Japanese). The expansion content will also be included in the "Complete Edition" version of the game.

Bandai Namco Entertainment also revealed on Saturday that that the Sword Art Online: Lost Song game will get a release on Steam.

Sword Art Online: Fatal Bullet launched in Japan on February 8 for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, and in the West on February 23 on the same platforms. The game also launched on Steam worldwide on February 23.

The game developed by Dimps is a third-person shooter role-playing game based in the fictional "Gun Gale Online" virtual-reality massively multiple online role-playing game. The fictional game is featured in the Sword Art Online II television anime series as well as the Sword Art Online Alternative: Gun Gale Online anime. Sword Art Online: Fatal Bullet is the franchise's first game based in Gun Gale Online. Original light novel creator Reki Kawahara supervised the game's original story. Players' choices and interaction determine the course of the story. Players can create skills and abilities and utilize new weapons.

Sword Art Online: Hollow Realization shipped for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita in Japan in October 2016, and in North America and Europe in November 2016. The game later received a PC release in October 2017.

Kawahara collaborated on the game. The characters Kirito, Asuna, Leafa, Silica, Lisbeth, and Sinon appear in the game, and players can choose up to three characters to join their party. The game's new characters are a mysterious AI named Premiere (voiced by Yuiko Tatsumi) and Genesis (voiced by Kazuyuki Okitsu). Genesis, like Kirito, is called the "black swordsman."
