Anime based on Nene Yukimori's manga streams on YouTube at 9:00 p.m. IST

Ani-One Asia announced on Facebook on Tuesday that it will stream the television anime of Nene Yukimori's Kubo Won't Let Me Be Invisible (Kubo-san wa Mob o Yurusanai) manga on its YouTube channel on January 10 at 9:00 p.m. IST.

Alongside Hong Kong and India, the channel will stream the anime in Bangladesh, Bhutan, Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Macau, Malaysia, the Maldives, Mongolia, Myanmar, Nepal, Pakistan, the Philippines, Singapore, Siri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam.

Ani-One describes the anime:

High school student Junta Shiraishi is so ordinary and quiet that his classmates and teachers do not notice him even when he's standing right next to you. Only his classmate Kubo always notices him and teases him. Anyone can become special to someone, but it might be a little too early to call their feelings "love." Shiraishi and Kubo's sweet comedy now begins.

The anime will premiere on January 10 on the AT-X channel at 9:30 p.m. (7:30 a.m. EST), and it will also run Tokyo MX, BS11, and MBS.

The anime's cast members include:

Kazuomi Koga (Rent-A-Girlfriend both seasons, Rainy Cocoa, Welcome to Rainy Color) is directing the anime at studio PINE JAM (Do It Yourself!!, Kageki Shoujo!!). Yūya Takahashi (Laughing Under the Clouds, Lupin III: Part IV, Luck & Logic) is both overseeing and writing the series scripts, and Yoshiko Saitō (Comic Girls) is designing the characters for animation.

Kana Hanazawa will perform the opening theme song "Dramatic Janakutemo" (Even Though it's Not Dramatic). Hanazawa will mark the 20th anniversary since her debut as a voice actress in 2023, and this will be the first time she has both starred in and provided a theme song for an anime. Dialogue+ will perform the ending theme song "Kasuka de Tashika".

Viz Media is releasing the manga in digitally and in print in English. Shueisha's MANGA Plus service is also releasing the manga in English digitally.

Yukimori launched the manga in Shueisha's Weekly Young Jump magazine in October 2019. The manga also runs on the Shonen Jump+ website and app. Shueisha will publish the manga's 11th volume on December 19.
