Crunchyroll's Japan office President Vince Shortino said: “The Super Robot Wars franchise has always had a strong following with hardcore mecha fans overseas. Because our global platform reaches consumers in many segmented places that might not normally be reachable through traditional distribution, we are able to deliver content to them and satisfy their need for the absolute freshest anime from Japan like Super Robot Wars OG: The Inspector.”
Sotsu Managing Director Takashi Izuhara said: “This is an excellent opportunity for us to promote our contents around the world. Instead of leaving our digital distribution up to internet piracy, we've chosen to work with the strongest online channel for anime in Crunchyroll.
