Tribute Games Announces Scott Pilgrim EX Game for Release in 2026

Bryan Lee O'Malley, BenDavid Grabinski, Paul Robertson, Anamanaguchi involved in side-scrolling game
The Summer Games Fest event on Friday revealed that Montreal-based Tribute Games (TMNT: Shredder's Revenge) is developing the Scott Pilgrim EX game for release in 2026.
Original creator Bryan Lee O'Malley, Scott Pilgrim Takes Off scriptwriter BenDavid Grabinski, pixel artist Paul Robertson, and composer Anamanaguchi are participating in the project.
Tribute Games describes the game:
Toronto, 20XX. When Scott Pilgrim's bandmates are abducted by shadowy forces, a brand-new brawling adventure begins! Scott Pilgrim EX takes players on a wild ride through the sprawling streets of Toronto, battling 3 new enemy factions across space and time! Engage in creative combat, upgrade your characters, and discover hidden secrets.
The game will release for Steam, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and Xbox Series X|S.
