Vividred Operation Mayonnaise Mini Game Debuts on PSN

Namco Bandai Games unveiled a downloadable Vividred Operation: Akane to Mayo tto Operation! (Vividred Operation: Mayonnaise Operation With Akane!) mini game on the PlayStation Network Store in Japan on Thursday. In this all-ages puzzle game inspired by the anime, players must squirt mayonnaise onto Akane's curry rice dish at the correct speed.

If a player moves the PlayStation 3 controller's analog stick too fast or too slow, they will fail the challenge. There are five different difficulty levels as measured by flavors — from easiest to hardest, the difficulty/flavor levels are regular mayo, fish egg, free-range, sweet, and wasabi.

The mini game costs 300 yen (about US$3.20) Yen On the PlayStation network, and those who purchase the game will receive a “Mayo Kiddo Rangu” weapon for the full Vividred Operation: Hyper Intimate Power video game.

The Vividred Operation: Hyper Intimate Power video game itself will launch for the PlayStation 3 on June 20. A limited edition version of the game will cost 8,500 yen, while a normal edition will cost 5,500 yen. Both versions of the game are download-only via PSN.
