Kizuna Ai Amphibious Ita-Bus Looks Like It's Drowning

There are a lot of different ways to get around Tokyo and check out its many tourist attractions. Visitors that don't want to struggle with a map could hitch a ride on Skybus Tokyo, a double-decker tourism bus with an open roof. If a tourist wants to add a touch of Magic Mountain to the experience, there's the Sky Duck Splash Tour where the driver takes the amphibious vehicle straight into water.
Typically the buses can be spotted thanks to the large whale pictured on the side and can be booked at several locations including Ginza, Yokohama, and near Tokyo Tower. The Odaiba Sky Duck had a special ita-wrap on December 19-30 that replaced the whale with Virtual YouTuber turned idol, Kizuna Ai.
The wrap was added to celebrate Kizuna Ai's first live concert in Tokyo and Osaka, "hello, world." The collaboration was all set for fans to enjoy. The Sky Duck played Kizuna Ai's songs over the intercom and customers that brought along merch got a reduced ticket price.
But then the bus hit the water and suddenly the visual on the side of the amphibious bus took on a whole new meaning.

Twitter user Dahliandros snapped the photo that has since gone viral on Twitter with 42,477 retweets and 122,724 likes. Over all, the end of the year seemed to be a little rough on poor Kizuna. The VR portion of her and multiple other VTubers' performance at the Count 0 Super Live 2018-2019 event was cancelled 20 minutes before it was set to start on New Year's Eve.
