SoftCel Pictures Relaunches With New Adult Anime

Section23 Films announced on Tuesday that it is relaunching the SoftCel Pictures adult anime label in June. It has announced its first release as a Blu-ray Disc release The Patients of Dr. Maro (Maro no Kanja wa Gatenkei). Retailer Right Stuf is listing a June 13 release date.

The label aims to release adult anime on Blu-ray Disc uncut and uncensored. It has opened a website. (Warning: The linked website is not safe for work.)

Other titles that the label has announced include King of Breasts, Slave Princess, Sex Hypnotist Zero, and The Devil’s Virgins.

The SoftCel Pictures label began as the adult anime label of ADV. It was shut down in 2005.
