[TERAVIT] Warning Regarding Fraudulent Activities and Copyright Infringement
TOKYO, JAPAN - January 13 - It has been brought to our attention that a service known as "MetaLovil" has been using content from TERAVIT in their service. However, we have not granted the team of "MetaLovil" any right to use our copyrighted materials.
Unless otherwise indicated, all copyrights rights to the source code, software, functionality, text, video, audio graphics and other contents provided on this Site and published in TERAVIT and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various international intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws and conventions.
We have confirmed that the infringing product is promoting the use of NFTs and cryptocurrencies. However, due to the virtual nature of those services, there is no guarantee provided to the end-user in regards to those products.
In order to prevent any damage that might be caused by the infringing products and also to protect our exclusive right to use our copyrighted materials, we hereby announce that there is no association between "MetaLovil" and TERAVIT. We are urgently working on further measures to terminate the infringement by the creators and publishers of "MetaLovil".
We can not be held liable or responsible in any way for any damage or loss caused as a result from use of the infringing material.
We strongly encourage everyone to remain alert and to exercise extreme caution in respect of such fraudulent contents.
