News Sony's Animax Channel Goes Mobile in Canada, Australia

Sony Pictures Television International announced that it will roll out the first ever mobile version of its Animax anime channel in two countries. The channel will be available on 3G handsets with mobile video capability on Australia's 3 mobile and Canada's Bell Mobility services. The initial mobile lineup—completely separate from the existing television versions'—will be Blood+, Last Exile, R.O.D -The TV-, and The Count of Monte Cristo (Gankutsuou). No announcement was made about an American version.
