Smile Precure's 1st Episode Preview Streamed

The official website for the Smile Precure! began streaming a 30-second preview video for the television anime series' first episode on Monday. In the story, Miyuki (Misato Fukuen) starts her first day at as a junior high school student when a book with a mysterious creature named Candy (Ikue Ohtani) falls out of the sky. Candy soon disappears, but the girl's adventure takes off when she visits the library room after school. Miyuki absorbs light from a glowing book and gets transported to a magical world like those in her favorite fairy tale stories.
Smile Precure!'s new magical girl team will include Cure Happy/Miyuki Hoshizora (red), Cure Sunny/Akane Hino (orange; Asami Tano), Cure Peace/Yayoi Kise (yellow; Hisako Kanemoto), Cure March/Nao Midorikawa (green; Marina Inoue), and Cure Beauty/Reika Aoki (blue; Chinami Nishimura).
The ninth Precure television anime series will premiere on ABC, TV Asahi, and other Japanese stations on February 5 at 8:30 a.m. It will replace the ongoing Suite Precure series.
