4K Media Names Jonitha Keymoore Director of Program Sales

Former Viacom and Broadway Video Sales Executive Tasked with Global Broadcast and Home Video Licensing of Yu-Gi-Oh! Branded Entertainment


NEW YORK, April 20, 2015 – 4K Media, a wholly owned subsidiary of Japan's Konami Digital Entertainment, Inc., has named former Viacom International Media Networks and Broadway Video executive Jonitha Keymoore its director of program sales.

Based in the company's New York offices, Keymoore will report to SVP of operations and business & legal affairs, Kristen Gray and is charged with responsibility for all broadcast and home video licensing for the company. The announcement was made today by Gray and is effective immediately.
“Jonitha has a wealth of experience in distribution, sales, marketing and business development, having represented a plethora of entertainment content for MTV, VH1 and Nickelodeon, as well as such iconic media brands as Saturday Night Live,” said Gray. “Her solid relationships with traditional and emerging media platforms in both the domestic and international marketplace combined with her keen talents for matching content to market segments will be of tremendous benefit in our continuing efforts to enhance and expand the Yu-Gi-Oh! brand.”

As director of program sales, Keymoore's initial focus will be to develop and execute multiplatform release strategies for the more than 650 Yu-Gi-Oh! animated TV episodes spanning the original Yu-Gi-Oh!, Yu-Gi-Oh! GX, Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's, Yu-Gi-Oh! Zexal and the new series, Yu-Gi-Oh! Arc-V. Yu-Gi-Oh! originated as a manga series which has spawned various animated series, feature films, trading card and video games – in both international and domestic markets. Keymoore will coordinate licensing windows across broadcast and cable networks and home video distributors in the U.S. and around the globe.

Prior to joining 4K Media, Keymoore held several management and director positions with leading media concerns. Most recently, she was director of acquisitions at Cinedigm and was based in New York. Previously, she was at Viacom International Media Networks, where, as manager of program sales Operations, she was responsible for global sales of syndicated MTV, Nickelodeon, Comedy Central, BET, Logo and VH1 programs. Keymoore began her sales career at Broadway Video, where she developed new partnerships for the iconic Saturday Night Live property.

A graduate of Bryn Mawr College with a BA in English, Keymoore completes her MBA at NYU Stern in spring of this year.
