New Cross Ange Opening Will Not be Completed Until Episode 17

The CROSS ANGE Rondo of Angel and Dragon anime's creative producer Mitsuo Fukuda confirmed over Twitter on Sunday that the full television version of the second opening theme will be completed by episode 17.
The anime started using Yoko Takahashi's new opening song "Shinjitsu no Mokushiroku" (True Apocalypse) in episode 13 on January 4 with reused footage in the opening sequence. Subsequent episodes have added new footage to the opening theme, but other scenes were still being redone. Fukuda mentioned that there were cuts that the director thought would be too erotic, and the real completed version will be in the package edition.
The Sunrise television anime premiered in Japan in October. Crunchyroll is streaming the series as it airs in Japan, and Sentai Filmworks licensed the series in North America.
