Fan creation swaps characters from the third WATAMOTE ending with Attack on Titan characters
One of the latest viral videos making the rounds on Japanese video site Niconico is a bizarre, yet fitting mash-up that combines the third ending from the WATAMOTE anime series and the characters from Attack on Titan. The original ending theme, "Yoru no Tobari Yo Sayōnara" by Velvet.kodhy, shows up at the end of episode 5 of WATAMOTE, and features a nubby cut-out of main character Tomoko sauntering across a hill.
The video, created by user sgcyer16, was uploaded September 14 and shot up to the Top 50 within the first day, where it has remained.
