No, they're not frogs. They're actually photorealistic turtles that dream of "coming out of their shells" and realizing their dreams as flying heroes.

They even have a theme song:

The line-up includes Midori Kame, a slider turtle; Semaruhako Kame, a yellow-margined box turtle; Zeni Kame, a Squirtle; Aoumi Kame, a green sea turtle; Akaumi Kame, a loggerhead sea turtle; and Taimai, a hawksbill sea turtle.

Each toy costs 200 yen (about US$1.95)
