Tottori Prefecture Uses Animated Short to Encourage Youngsters to Return to the Nest

Tourists may recognize Tottori Prefecture for its scenic coastline and unique rock formations, but anime fans may recognize the name for something else—the setting of Free! - Iwatobi Swim Club. Specifically, the town of Iwami, which has offered plenty of Free!-related tourism perks in the past.
That's why it's particularly fitting that Tottori Prefecture is using a muscled swimmer in its latest ad campaign to encourage Tottori youngsters to return home after completing their studies or other accomplishments, and put down their roots.
In the video, the swimmer leaves Tottori to compete, but does a "Tottori U-turn" to return to his home prefecture and find a job. To aid in the process, the ad points viewers towards a job placement agency.
